I am a PhD student at Ludwik Hirszfeld Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy, Polish Academy of Sciences and Wrocław Research Centre EIT+ in Wroclaw, Poland. I completed my Bachelor degree in Biotechnology from the Faculty of Chemistry at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Poland and I completed my Master degree in Molecular nano- and bio-photonics for telecommunication and biotechnologies „MONABIPHOT” at École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (formerly ENS Cachan) and Université Paris Descartes in France and University of Wrocław in Poland.
Thanks to the interdisciplinary studies, my research interests are very broad. During my Bachelor internship, I synthetized gold nanoparticles using biological and chemical methods, I studied: the kinetics of these reactions, the gold nanoparticles separation, and optical properties of the obtained structures.
During my Master internship, I worked in Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale in Lyon and Université de Montpellier in France. I performed 3D cells culture with sensory neurons and dental pulp stem cells by using ultrasounds levitation technique and I characterized them with wide-field fluorescence microscope and two-photon microscope..
Currently, my research interests inlude molecular biology, immunology, signaling pathways and virology. In my PhD thesis, I study the molecular mechanisms regulating of the signaling pathways activity of intracellular nucleic acid receptor by protein Pellino 3 in response to viral infections..
